The Beginning
Launched in December 2024, NIKX aims to develop AI-driven tools that enable businesses to optimize their decision-making. One of our first challenges was clear: companies were drowning in text data (reviews, blogs, articles, social posts) but lacked an efficient way to extract actionable insights.
Marketing teams wanted to know not just what people were saying, but why they felt that way. Developers wanted flexible APIs to plug insights directly into their systems. Decision-makers wanted clarity, not complexity.
We decided to bridge those worlds.
The Vision
With Sentor, we built an AI-powered sentiment analysis platform designed to:

Highlight why a sentiment exists (phrases, pros, cons).
Empower both marketers and developers through a user-friendly dashboard and a scalable API.
Our goal wasn’t just another analytics tool.
It was to create a trustworthy AI partner for businesses that value their customers’ voices.
The Journey So Far
Research & Design
We began by conducting user research, including interviews with marketers and developers to understand their pain points. Then came prototyping in Figma, testing with early beta users, and refining Sentor’s flows until they felt intuitive.
Technical Foundations
A BERT-based NLP model processes text with over 92% accuracy in beta.
A REST API went live in August 2025, giving developers instant access.
A dashboard (launching Q4 2025) is being built for marketers, with entity cards, visual trend charts, and onboarding guides.
Scalable infrastructure keeps costs low today, while preparing for enterprise growth tomorrow.
Challenges Overcome
Limited training data? We augmented it with open-source corpora.
API latency? Reduced from 500ms to 200ms.
Free plan abuse? We redesigned limits to protect performance.
GDPR compliance? Built into the product from day one.
Each challenge refined Sentor into a stronger, more reliable platform.

By 2026, Sentor will:
